When reviewing this product, we were pleased to see that it does not use artificial chemicals, but rather uses natural herbs. However, we didn’t agree with all of the ingredients that they chose to include. Aside from that, the blend of 24 herbs are contained in a vegetarian capsule, and the product is non-GMO certified and gluten free.

Women’s Phase I™  checks off a good amount of items on our list of PMS supplement requirements. It contains ingredients like Vitamin B6, magnesium, borage seed oil, and calcium. However, there were also required ingredients that Women’s Phase I does not include. It’s important that a product not only has the right ingredients, but also the proper potency. In our full review, we’ll take a closer look at Women’s Phase I™. 

This product had many customer reviews. While a fair amount of them are actually positive, the content of the negative ones were one of the reasons that this product’s score was reduced on our list. A number of people reported seeing little to no effect from this product, which is quite disheartening. Additionally, a couple of reviewers mentioned that the taste of this product is revolting – not a great prospect. 

Overall, we liked this product. It has a strong formula with good ingredients for treating PMS symptoms. Furthermore, the capsules are vegan, gluten free, and do not contain GMOs. It’s affordable but doesn’t have a customer guarantee, nor does it have a clear, explicit return policy which makes the price less enticing.
